I went to staples and tried this plan and it’s not at all what it says. There’s no 0% plan at all, no matter what income or credit score you have it always comes to 9.99% and from the staples rep who helped me he said he never seen anyone get approved for 0%. They don’t even run credit check before approving or declining the plan “ you’re always approved”. You don’t get any advantage if the item you want on sale it still come to full price with that plan, I was going for MacBook Air 15” M2 which is currently on sale at staples Canada for $1499 but when the rep ring it through Apple flex plan it comes to full price $1750 and there’s no way to change that, called RBC the loan holder and they said just purchase and in a few days the price will adjust on its own “can’t confirm”. Open box items also the rep can’t lower the price as it still go through as full price. The rep who was helping he’s the assistant manager in the store and it’s busy location he said he himself do this plan 4-5 times a week and he never seen 0% regardless of any factor.
