They took advantage of me and I was able to leave with the help of family members.
They took advantage of me because they knew I was financially struggling, caring for my mother who has cancer and also knew that I am a recent graduate from University with no experience in business, marketing, or sales.
They knew I was an easy victim for their pyramid scheme & used manipulation tactics to keep me & other employees from leaving their company. I cried for days because of how many people they are taking advantage of.
After doing my research on the company and asking questions, I was able to figure out they were a Devil Corp. :( I wish I could have told people to get out when I figured everything out but when I figured it out I never wanted to return.
I filed a complaint & a wage claim. I hope they get investigated soon and shut down. I worked about 12 hours a day M-F and used my car, my gas, and sometimes payed for my supervisors food!! This is also not including the hours I studied when I would get home from work. They were only going to pay me 800$ for my first two weeks of 12 hour shifts, using my own car & gas to drive everywhere for them. When they told me how much they were paying me for all those hours, that is when I knew this was a SCAM. They ended up not paying me anything because I didn’t want to return to be used and abused in this way. There is a reason there are laws protecting workers such as labor laws in CA and across the U.S.
They told me that they were supposedly the top company in the district, making millions a month… why can’t they pay to have their bathrooms, their kitchen, & their office cleaned? Why can’t they pay their new hires for training?
