this is where I get to tell my story about how I bought a cheap couch from them, it weirdly just ... broke about six months in with extremely light use, and when I went back to the store to discuss they asked if it was my "primary couch" and said they didn't recommend it as a primary couch. This is the College street store -- I was a little taken aback because a) they didn't mention that when I was buying it and b) who has a primary and secondary couch from structube in this condo-heavy area? Just couch shopping and trying to find a budget couch for a low traffic area. Structube looks nice, but I've heard of quality issues. Anyone have a couch from Structube that they've been happy with for more than 12 months? Product names would be awesome if you have recommendations.

Don't buy from them We had two and both were junk and the company offered nothing to make up for both failing in under two years.

Hey guys. I haven't read great reviews about Structube, but I am not able to buy a decently priced sofa anytime soon in Toronto, as all the stores are showing me a date of 3-4 weeks from now. I will be moving into my unfurnished condo in a week, and need the sofa ASAP. Has anyone bought the Lula sofa bed from Structube? Should I go for it or nah?

I have a PSA to make - PLEASE AVOID structube , I have never had a worse experience with a retailer - find something comparable on Amazon, Wayfair, Ikea, etc.

I’ve heard terrible things about Structube customer experience lately. IKEA would probably be more reliable.

Hey guys,

I've been eyeing a couch on Structure for a while now (the ELEN Recliner Sofa) but I keep reading pretty bad reviews about Structube regarding their quality and especially customer service. Have also seen people say they delete all their negative reviews on their site which is entirely possible since they only have 4 or 5 star reviews for all/most of their items. Has anyone bought a sofa from here and how'd it go?
