Sorry for all the posts. My wife thinks I’ve gone crazy with our new vacuum and she is probably right.

We got a V11 Torque a week or so ago. I was able to get it at Bed Bath and Beyond and use a 20% off coupon, making the total just about $600. Important note is this is the SV14 version that does not have a click in battery. (they did not have an SV15.)

But now I am having a bad case of FOMO because I keep thinking I want the newer SV15. The main reason is to have options down the road. Right now we would have absolutely no need for a second battery. But after we move? Who knows. I’ve also heard the revision is a bit more powerful but I don’t know how much.

Since I can’t get it for a good deal (through normal channels) to get the revision would cost me over $150 More. Or in other words, I’d be paying full price. Am I crazy for not just keeping the one I was lucky to get with 20% off?

I’ve even considered eBay that does have SV15 models. But my concern there is the warranty being honored. I did read on the Dyson website if you don’t have a proof of purchase they will just base your warranty on the manufacturer date. Anyone know about that?

Anyway that is my craziness. What do you think?
