I had to reflash the software for it to change. Once android 13 is released in the next few months it should include all boot screens like the other previous galaxies. More on reddit.com

The "Not registered on network" message indicates an issue with the service providers. Usually, it means the device has yet to be registered with the service providers if it's from another carrier. So you gotta contact T-Mobile and tell them to register the phone's IMEI. But it can also mean that the device is being refused service by the carriers due to unpaid bills, reported lost/stolen or other reasons. In the end, you will still need to contact T-Mobile and ask them to check the phone's IMEI on their network. More on reddit.com

It's not based on the providers, people just don't know and add that to the post title too. It's more than likely the different hardware versions (e.g. exynos/sd, dual sim etc.). It's probably coming in May or the first half of June.
