Can’t track my package anymore? Please help me. Do i need to worry or am i still getting the package? I saw a few days before it was at customs in Netherlands. Now i get this error.
It seems like tracking is down for everyone right now, website and app. I managed to get it to show up by clicking the track button a few times but that just worked once. Waiting to fulfil a bunch of orders so this is pretty annoying. Appears to have been going on since the weekend. Packages should still be moving along as usual. Try checking the Netherlands shipping partner's website, it should show up fine on there. More on reddit.com

I think I'm expecting some parcels. Maybe. We're still getting some post, but not parcels recently.
They should be tracked and signed for. So I've tried putting the details into the tracker website, and every time I get the error message "Sorry, we're currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference [blah]. Please try again later."
I don't know if this means:
The tracking service on the website is down
The tracking numbers I've been given are wrong (unlikely that they're all wrong)
The numbers are right but weren't entered into the system correctly
The parcels have ceased to exist:
Already delivered to someone else
Tracking numbers deleted by Chinese/Russian/4chan hackers
Parcels quietly disposed of, because the Royal Mail are already over-stretched and under-funded
The postie ate them
Other
And of course their customer service phoneline is manned by about two people for the whole country, and has hour-plus waits. I've even tried tweeting them, although I expect that to accomplish about as much change as any other tweet.

I bought an item on eBay but I wanted to send it back (it was coming from china) at the post office they said they don't have reference number starting as WP, I called the number that could help but didn't register the number, I called parcel force but same outcome. I really need help because it was very expensive.

When I book postage online that email you have should then go on to say Purchased Postage and if you’ve bought a tracked service, then the tracking number will be there (just above where it says QR Unavailable) If there’s no tracking number on that email then I don’t think you’ve paid for a tracked service.

Tracked48 (or whatever they used) should not be considered as delivered by Ebay, no signature gives the recipient absolutely zero protection if RM deliver to the wrong place which of course they do sometimes, quite frequently in my past experience.
