Long story short, I accidentally locked myself out of my Truist account for my auto loan. (Forgot my password, auto lockout without warning after 3 tries... totally my fault.)
I dont have my account number written down, so I'm going to have to go through customer service to get a password reset.
Since then I've tried calling customer five times across a couple of weeks and each time I've sat on hold for 30+ minutes before their hold line either hands up on me or I have to go back to work. (I'm a teacher.)
What are my option? I have a payment due soon and I need to get back into my account to make that payment, but their customer service is garbage. Do I just keep calling and sitting on hold and hoping I get through? Are there any other choices?
