Hi everyone, hope you have a great day/night. I'm looking for a software/website/anything to create a city map. And I don't want to use inkarnate, I'm looking for something more modern city oriented, with roads, buildings, parks, etc. Free or not, I'm open to any suggestion.

I'm the narrator in a Vampire - the Masquerade game, and we're doing a long run of Chicago throughout the years. We started with Ashes to Ashes, the first long running campaign for that city, and plan to go all the way to Chicago by Night V5 (and we're using V5's system from the get go).
Some of my players have difficulty when placing themselves in an imaginary scene, specifically regarding the physical limitations of the rooms and stuff where they are at a given moment. This usually interferes specially with combat scenes, but it has come up in many others, so I've decided to start using visual maps for them (we play on Foundry VTT).
It's hard finding modern urban maps, though. I mostly enjoy HD/animated maps when I can, but of course it's not necessary. Still, I've mostly found a few amazing free cyberpunk maps from Cybermaps, which are limited (not all of them fit 90s/2000s Chicago), and wanted some variety, specially for rooms/internal locations. Any tips? They don't necessarily need to be free, either.

I’ve been gathering modern maps for years from different places including this subreddit, I got around 1000 I think. Don’t forget the support your favorite map makers through Patreon especially if you want higher resolution maps. All the maps in these folders were shared freely by their creators, I did not include the ones I got from being a patron and I do not own the rights for these.
