Assuming you mean to place the TV on top of a series of low units, the weight load will actually end up being supported by the verticals of all 3 units, not a single shelf. I would suggest an additional slab of something across the top of all 3, maybe with a front lip to hide the gap. As it is, the verticals will stick up a few mm higher that the tops. You don't have a flat surface. Maybe a fireplace mantle or a live slab. More on reddit.com

April 29, 2024 - Not sure what IKEA uses to cover the board with that white layer ... Cool. Now trim out the front! ... I would have preferred the "turning" shelf to be flush with the wall. This feels like you you lost space. And it's not like you will have people taking out books from both walls as the same time. I can't judge the distance from the TV to the sofa unit, but the ideal ratio is generally considered to be to multiply the screen size by 1.2.
