Mantine turned out to be very productive for our team in a situation where we wanted to focus the work on developing actual features and less so on the intricacies of UI. Lots of well designed components and great docs. If you go all-in, you also get a lot of additional functionality on top via their helper packages (form handling, hooks, etc.). I guess that the caveat with Mantine is that later switches to another kit would be very cumbersome. You should like the design, because switching might be painful.
