My package supposedly arrived in Canada shipped from Cainao and I received a Uni express tracking number from Parcelsapp. Does anyone have experience with them? I’ve only been using Canada post and I couldn’t find anything about it from the sub
I'm curious whether anyone else has experienced Ant E parcel/Uniexpress lying about a failed delivery in order to shake you down for an additional delivery fee?
I went to the Better Business Bureau and it seems they have a LOT of complaints in this vein. One person even said they tried to have money sent for the second delivery by e-transfer and the details sounded extremely skeevy. Lodged my complaint and waiting to hear back.
Update, with Uni express' customer service reply:
"My suggestion is that picking up by yourself or waiting."

My first order from Temu was delivered to the wrong address by UniUni. They know it. Their delivery photo clearly shows a house number that’s not mine. They say they’ll reimburse me for the cost of the order once they finish “assessing my request”. It’s been 11 days so far. My guess is that they’re trying to recover the $6 from the driver before sending it to me.

I recently had a package shipped via UniUni, which is my first time using this carrier. The tracking status says 'Failed Delivery Attempt' and mentions 'Parcel Returned to Warehouse. Does anyone know where their warehouse might be located so I can pick it up myself? Or who to call?
So I purchased something and it was going to be delivered by UniUni. I was home for the entire day and nobody knocked on my door that whole time. Then I got messaged that my item was delivered and signed for about 6 minutes ago, I check the proof of it being delivered and it was at my door in the photo. I open my door and it's not there.
Now it has been 6 days and UniUni customer service doesn't answer any of my emails/tickets, they put on their stupid elevator music for an hour before they hang up whenever I call them (I've called them 6 times now and waited 3 hours in total). I'm genuinely starting to be gaslit into thinking this shipping company never existed.
