capitalization - Universe or universe? - English Language & Usage Stack Exchange
Is it an universe or a universe? Obviously in speech, we say "a" but what about proper grammar/text?
The A/An distinction applies to the sound of the world. For example, "universe" has a "Y" sound at the beginning (like "utopia"), in which the article "a" is most appropriate to use. On the flip-side, you might be using "an" for a word that begins with a consonant. "An honset mistake" is a prime example, the word starts with the syllable that sounds like "on", so we will need the "an."

TIL Yoda, of the Star Wars universe, uses sentences that follow the object-subject-verb pattern. This pattern is only found in 0.3% of the world’s languages. This is called anastrophe, in which the normal word order of the subject, the verb, and the object is changed.
I thought you were talking about Yoda from San Bernardino, thanks for clarifying.

Our universe is essentially named Universe, mostly because it is the first one we knew about. Similarly, the Sun is one of many suns.
It isn't uncommon to refer to a particular universe within a fictitious world as the Universe.
In your sentence, it would be the Universe if it is in a religious context. Although, it could be the case that the Creator simply created this particular universe, with nothing being said about the origins of the rest.
