I go into Apple ID on my phone > iCloud > Manage storage > Change storage plan and then Upgrade to iCloud+ and it just constantly fails.
It says
"Your storage could not be upgraded.
iCloud storage could not be upgraded at this time. Try again later in Settings."
Been trying this since the release of iOS 15, about three weeks now. Anyone knows why this is? I know of people in my area/country that have this so it's not a location problem.
Cheers.

Hi!
When I go into iCloud settings to upgrade my storage, nothing happens when I press the ”Upgrade” button. Does anyone know how to fix this? Maybe Apple just really doesn’t want my money.
I’m running ios 12.1.2 on an iPhone X
The easy way to make sure Apple has provisioned your storage is to sign in to iCloud on a computer with a somewhat modern browser:
https://www.icloud.com/#settings
If the cloud doesn't see your storage, you have a billing and/or support question.
If the cloud does show your storage, you can get free support using the paid storage as an exception from AppleCare at:
- https://support.apple.com/ - choose your device that's not able to get the paid storage.
Try rebooting your devices. That usually updates the display of available iCloud storage.
As for the extra charge, are you sure it's not just a temporary hold? If it still shows 2€ in a few days you might want it call Apple support directly and have it sorted out.
