so i ship a lot of products frequently, and after a boom in my interactions online there’s a bunch of my larger products needing to be shipped. WELL- another business holder suggested setting up a UPS small business account for discounts and getting an account manager.

i go online, put allll my details in, and call the next day to get an account manager and make sure i did everything right. they ask “ok! can we have your account number?” after having three frickin’ people in my house help me look for the number, it just isn’t there- not in the website, emails, nothin’. and i KNOW it’s the business account, because it gives me the option to ship as a business.

I don't understand how anybody actually creates a UPS account. I've filled out the online form 20 times. I've called 3 different 800 numbers. I've spent hours on the phone. I've talked to people that open an account only to have it closed a week later. I've talked to people after it was opened and they said it would be reactivated in 20 minutes and a week later still nothing. I've supplied my business registration, my EIN, my mailing address, my business mailing address, I've added my business credit card to the account. My mailing address is a UPS box at a UPS store. They verified all my documents in person as well. Nothing WORKS!!!!!! It has been an absolute nightmare. I have no idea what else todo. Does anybody know how I can open a UPS business account?
