Always add in at least 4 forms because the customs agents do like to keep a copy. And we’ve also been getting a rash of slightly rude emails from random customs agents asking for signed invoices basically accusing us of never putting any on the box so I’ve been extra careful lately and have been taping tf out of them mostly to piss off the agents More on reddit.com

hi everyone i hope this isn’t a stupid question but i have to ship some documents internationally and im planning on using ups worldwide saver but do i have to use a UPS envelope?? or can i just put them in a regular flat envelope? also is it okay just to put them in a ups drop box ? :/ sorry ive never shipped internationally so just wanting some help or advice <3

It doesn't have to be a UPS envelope. Just make sure you're using a hard cardboard like envelope like the UPS envelopes are not a paper envelope because it'll rip. Make sure you put in the proper dimensions when you make the label. Yes you can put it in a Dropbox.

i have worked with people who say it’s not necessary to include 3 forms for typical ups international invoice who only include one no matter what.
what are the consequences of this? is 3 forms really necessary? just trying to increase my own knowledge.

I’ve had packages get returned because customs decided to take a look and the associate didn’t include the copies.
