877-289-6418, option 4 (other) I just was able to speak to a live UPS person about my delivery issue (3 failed delivery attempts, even though I was home, and now being returned to sender). Found out the identity of the sender, contacted sender, and make alternative arrangements. I chose call-back option and got a call back within 10 minutes. It seems to me that 800-742-5877 is strictly Artificial Intelligence no matter what time you call.
As the title says, how do you chat online with customer service??? I see an option for it. But when I click on it all I get is a space to put in a tracking number, and a list of "FAQ's". But if you put in your tracking number, you just get sent to the tracking window. I am starting to think that this is just some kind of joke. That they don't actually offer online chat with customer service. But maybe they had to put it on there for legal purposes or something.
Their entire customer service department is like driving but you can only make left turns. You just keep going around and around and around until you get right back where you started from. Seems like they purposely go out of their way to make sure you dont talk to an actual human being..... and even when you do (by some miracle) get the chance to speak to an actual living person, you can barely understand their thick accent. And they give you some phoney ass name.
"Hello, this is Robert from UPS customer service. How may I help you?" Bullshit!!! We all know your real name is Rahjish.
....... sorry about that. Got a little carried away I guess. I am sure all of you can relate. Anyways, back to the question at hand. Does anyone know how to actually use the UPS customer service "CHAT" option???
Was notified yesterday that our UPS delivery was made yesterday at 10:00 AM. When nobody could found it we found that it had been delivered to the wrong address, in another city, and signed for by someone named Terry. After verifying the correct information was on the delivery, we tried to contact UPS to try and get it corrected. There is no way to talk to a real person. Only an automated chat system or email address that goes unanswered. .Does anyone have any recommendations or has UPS gone too far in cost savings to make my issues of no concern to them?
