Next day AM delivery- delayed. What should I do for a refund?
Success with refunds?
Had them break a $1200 package of mine last year and it took a total of 2 months and 12+ hours of phone/hold time to get my money back because they purposefully make it difficult. They bounce you back and forth between their claims department and the firm that handles said claims. Neither are on the same page and say the other side is responsible for the next step. You have to hound them constantly. It's a huge headache, but if you keep at, it they'll give in. Good luck.
It took me a couple calls and it getting escalated high enough to start getting peoples direct line/extensions.

Any tips on refunds for not shipping by specific date
Depends, where you the shipper? ...the person that paid money directly to UPS? Or did you buy something and pay extra for 2 Day shipping?
UPS will only refund money to the person that actually paid UPS. If you're not that person, then you need to demand the refund from the seller.

I was at a conference about 5 hrs from home and realized I left my wallet at home. My husband went to the UPS store (franchise) and paid for overnight 10am delivery. I see on day 2 at the conference(delivery day!) was delayed in the same town I was in.
I get up on day 3 and realize that it’s not on a truck by 9- I’m leaving at 1. It’s not gonna make it. I call customer service and just ask them to return to sender. They confirm it’s updated and I’m good.
While I’m on my way home I get a notification that it was delivered at the conference location. I had to have them FedEx it back to me overnight.
Is there any way I can get a refund? I’ve called the store and they refuse to answer me. I’ve stopped by multiple times and “a manager that isn’t here will call you.”
