I ordered something off of eBay shipping priority. The seller instead shipped USPS ground advantage and the package has been in flight for 15 days with no movement for the last week. I paid a decent amount to ship this so I’m wondering if the service is comparable? Typically for priority, I have gotten my packages in about three business days. How long should I wait to file a claim? I’m hoping it will come this week.

It's a pretty comparable service in that it's described as 2-5 days compared to Priority's 1-4 days, and it is often just as quick. But it is still considered a downgrade (Priority is under Expedited services while GA is under Standard), so it is against eBay's guidelines for sellers to make that kind of switch.
