September 22, 2024Valve is still "actively working on support" to get Halo: The Master Chief Collection working fully on the Steam Deck
Don’t own a steam deck, but I’d imagine this would cascade to play on other Linux distro’s as well since it’s all the same issue with EAC. That would make me happy. Playing Halos 1-4 multiplayer, on a pc, using Linux? Yes please. Also if you’d said that 10 years ago they would have burned you at the stake for witchcraft.

June 6, 2020Why is Valve’s Customer Service so Bad?
Ehh. I wouldnt call it trash. Sure it did take about 4 days from contacting them, to an RMA approval, but the time between sending it out and receiving a replacement unit took like 10 days. My only other experiances with RMAing an electronic device took over a month, from sending out the device to receiving it back. More on reddit.com
