This happened to me a few months ago but I decided to share with others. I don't want them to rip anyone else off!
I have evidence that makes it seem like Vanity Table rewrote their returns policy in order to justify not refunded defective product to me. https://ohora.com/ is the new official ohora website that comes from a warehouse in the US so I recommend buying all your ohora products from here instead. I was never able to confirm that Vanity Table and Ohora are the same company/sister companies but I think they are different.
