This happened to me a few months ago but I decided to share with others. I don't want them to rip anyone else off!
I have evidence that makes it seem like Vanity Table rewrote their returns policy in order to justify not refunded defective product to me. I have my email correspondence and screen shots of the google cache I recalled the next day supporting my claim that the policy was changed after I questioned them about it: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/1UXaDs6K7HHCqCGTOsEUYq_oMxywL0r6j
https://ohora.com/ is the new official ohora website that comes from a warehouse in the US so I recommend buying all your ohora products from here instead. I was never able to confirm that Vanity Table and Ohora are the same company/sister companies but I think they are different.

As far as I know, the ohora website just newly opened to ship to/within the US directly from the brand. We had to use vanity table before because ohora.com only shipped within east Asia. Good to know we can go straight to the source now though

I have purchased several times through Vanity table with no issues, can i ask how your order was defective? They actually refunded an entire order for me last month because DHL was so far behind on orders, I got the order 3 days later and Vanity table said keep them and the $$. I tried to order from the Ohora site a few times and everything there is always out of stock.

January 18, 2024 - I purchased from Vanity Table. I purchased the essentials kit with cuticle remover l, etc., read all the tips on their website and applied them carefully, I used their top coat. They didnโt last the work day sitting at a computer the entire time (not exactly hard on nails).
