I would use the LaTeX package venndiagram. Alternatively, you could install Inkscape. It has shape operations such as union, intersection, difference, from which you could create the intersection of two circles, for instance. More on reddit.com

You can put it in google slide. Insert > shape > ellipse Hold shift to make it a circle before dragging to size. Change the fill color to either no color or custom fill color and lower the transparency. Classroom can make a copy for each student. Students can edit and add venn diagram text simply by double clicking it. You may need to add a text box for the center or make a third custom shape. More on reddit.com
