I wrote about this in a separate Reddit post that picked up quite a bit of steam. Funny thing is, literally nothing has changed in the year since I wrote it. What it really says is the same thing it said back then - they've done fuck all to improve their ecommerce platform since its inception. It is a dead product offering that their development team has abandoned. Putting your eggs in that basket is going to be something that you regret in the long term. Webflow, is imo the best hybrid designer/developer platform available today for marketing a low-end CMS-driven platforms. What it is not is a functional website builder. If you want scalable, functional websites that need things like ecom, membership, server logic, or anything else along those lines, your best option is to look elsewhere. The design, on mobile at least, looks outdated and bland, IMHO. That being said, judging just by a glance, I would say $3000–7500. Obviously, there are many factors that comes into play — the price would be even higher in certain cases. More on reddit.com

Compared to managed Wordpress hosting it’s alright. I wished they offered some sort of CMS on the cheaper plan so startup company websites can have article sections. Something like 250 or 500 CMS items for $18 a month could blow Wordpress away. More on reddit.com

If someone has an actual business, $30 per month for a CMS site plan shouldn't even be an expense worth talking about. The problem I will say though, is when you exceed the limits of that plan and have to have the conversation about "EnTerPriSE".. at that point the price gets outrageous. More on reddit.com
