I felt a bit tired for a few days after taking 0.25, and tired on the day of taking 0.5. It was the kind of tired where I was fine during the day but was falling asleep on the sofa at 8PM. I also really struggled with my first gym workout after wegovy, the day after working out was the hungriest I have ever been in my life. But workouts are fine now. I think all the tiredness was just my body switching to ketogenesis. As some general advice also avoid fatty foods (even healthy ones), coconut milk gave me the most violent shits of my life on Wegovy (I have IBS-D so I am used to them triggering me, but it's way worse on wegovy). Also avoid junk and processed food, I find it makes me sooo tired if I eat junk food. More on reddit.com
