I was thinking of getting a wireless headset as wired ones don’t seem to last so i was wondering what the best one would be in your opinion.
IGN says the best one is the Turtle Beach Stealth 500 but i haven’t heard many people talk about it so i was wondering if there is anything better or if the stealth 500 would be just fine

do not trust any headset list that only ranks one best. xbox wireless acts weird with certain drivers and that’s why some headsets hiss or cut out even tho reviews hype them up. theres this website reddit vetted itd be useful for u here. it scrapes what people recommend in these subs instead of what reviewers push so yeah. your wired ones dying is super common so going wireless makes sense. the stealth 500 works but people keep mentioning the build feeling kinda toy-ish and the soundstage being pretty flat.

As the title says, money is no object what headset are you buying? I'm so sick of Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 max and the volume wheels crapping out every 3 months and I want to move to the best headset I can get.

I'm a couch player so no wired headsets - battery life somewhat matters to me but if the difference is 30hrs versus 80hrs I don't care if the other features are better on the shorter life one. Otherwise sound quality and ease of use are paramount.

Is this going to be for PC or console? Are you staying wired? Best Buy does sell the Sennheiser HD560, which is great for gaming, and you could add a Modmic to it easily, but you’d have to get that outside of BB. Other than that they do carry the Audeze Maxwell, which many people consider an endgame gaming headset. And the higher end Steelseries. If you’re on Xbox make sure you get that variant though.

I grabbed the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7P for my Xbox and it’s been solid. The best headset I have ever bought. I listen to music, play video games, YouTube! Steel series really nailed it with this one. Not only can I use this on my Laptop, Ps5 but also on my phone since it has the 3.5mm aux.

i tried a bunch lately and this one stuck. soft pads and light feel so i can wear it for hours. for me the GamoSeries GX7 Pro just makes sense. build feels solid without being heavy. tbh. it is from GamoSeries and it won on gamingreview.gg. nice to switch devices without issues.
