The P-143 is the latest model, so if you're choosing between them, that's the one I'd go with. The P-45 is still a perfectly good entry level digital piano, but it's been in production since 2016 or so.

My general advice for buying pianos is to try all the models you are interested in, and if you can't tell the difference between a more expensive model and a cheaper model, you aren't ready for the more expensive one yet. You'll be able to tell the difference in models as your skill improves, then you can upgrade. By then you'd have saved enough money to move up. For example, the P45 doesn't support all 3 pedals. Once you are skilled enough you'll want to move up to a model that has support for all 3 (not sure if the P143 does). But if you are a beginner you can play a lot of things that doesn't use the non-sustain pedals which should give you time to save up some money.
