Context #1: I love audiobooks but have mostly listened to Fantasy, SciFi, and a smattering of biographies. I want to listen to more classics!
Context #2: I want to expand into classics because I recently listened to the Bill Homewood narrated version of The Count of Monte Cristo, which was incredible. I want more like that, please!
I'm spending a lot of time bedside of a sick relative and could use some distraction/even kinda education.
My most recent favorite reads are The Martian, The Outsiders, and The One and Only Ivan
Edit: things I like learning about just this moment: Epigenetics(beginners level), plants(absolute noob level), biographies (moderate to advanced), History(as advanced as you please, just make sure it has nothing to do with genocide)
I have 10 hours to pass at work. Music is kinda getting stale. Any suggestions on audiobooks (open to anything), paranormal stories (preferably real) or history (creepy/paranormal, war, mysteries). TIA.
Looking for your favorite audiobooks of classic books. Especially literary fiction. Not a big fan of sci-fi/fantasy, just FYI. Will try to clarify if needed. Thanks!
Note: just started Of Mice and Men today, and have Frankenstein and Dracula on Audible.
Edit: unabridged books, please!
