If you’re on a paid plan, I find that Zoho’s ActiveSync solution works really well with Apple’s iOS Mail.app — including push notifications. More on reddit.com

Hi. It can be due to multiple reasons. I guess you have already tried uninstalling the app and installing it again. If that doesn’t work best to contact [email protected] and give them all the details. More on reddit.com

Looking at custom domain email providers for a small business. The issue I'm running into with Gmail and privateemail.com through NameCheap.com is the emails take forever to notify the end user on their iOS devices. Both are are set to "Fetch" (this is the only option) and "Automatically", but users are being notified at all until they open their Mail app. That is obviously undesirable.
I'm curious if Zoho has the same issue.
To clarify, I'm not talking about using the Zoho iOS App. I'm talking about using the Mail app that comes with all Apple devices. Understandably, we want one central place that they go for the emails as opposed to having the Gmail app for their Gmail, Outlook for Exchange, Mail for iCloud, etc.

I have never had any issues with Gmail account or IMAP account on iOS mail. It seems your issue is somewhere else and I don't think changing the mail server (in this case, Zoho Mail) could make any difference. There might be something wrong with your network, your iOS device (Jailbroken maybe?), or mail settings. Since I cannot troubleshoot it without the device, you should try to find the issue. P.S. Gmail app for iOS provides push method.
